Hydrogen gas generators using an innovative thermal neutralization process. Unlike the conventional external heat supply process, oxygen is added to the raw material and the steam reforming from both exothermic oxidative reaction and endothermic reaction is carried out using the same catalyst. With the vacuum-type PSA process, the hydrogen recovery rate is more than 90%. The elimination of large-scale heating furnaces reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
